  • Ability for users to share their screen on a 50” HD Commercial Display using a wireless presentation system
  • Seamless connection to internal Wi-Fi network or via a local HDMI input.

Small Conference Room 2-6 People

Package Features: 

  • Installation of a 55” Ultra High Definition Commercial Display that integrates with a complete video conference room solution
  • Includes a tabletop system that enables audio and video conferencing, collaboration, content sharing, and touch screen controller
  • Works with any web conferencing application running on a laptop connected via USB
  • Pairs with any mobile device via Bluetooth, and supports wired or wireless AV presentation from any BYOD source via HDMI and Wi-Fi screen sharing. It also works natively with any SIP VoIP phone system or Skype for Business VoIP application. The system includes a high-quality camera as part of the video conferencing solution.

  • Includes a 65” UHD Commercial Display on a tilting wall mount
  • Includes an HDMI connection in the table utilizing a customer-provided flip-top table box with 4k capability and a wireless presentation system able to share a screen via the facility’s existing Wi-Fi
  • Enhanced presentation and conferencing audio by 4 full-range ceiling speakers designed with a minimal profile and 2 tabletop microphones
  • 7” touch panel control in-room for easy accessibility

Large Conference Room 8-12 People

Package Features:

  • Equipment and installation of a large conference room presentation system
  • Includes a 75” UHD Commercial Display on a tilting wall mount
  • Includes two HDMI connections in the table utilizing two customer-provided flip-top table boxes and a wireless presentation system capable of screen sharing via the facility’s existing Wi-Fi
  • Enhanced presentation and conferencing audio via ceiling microphone, signal processing, and EQ, and 6 full-range ceiling speakers
  • Installation of a dedicated PC installed in the rack and connected to the camera and audio system for video conferences
  • 7” touch panel for equipment in the room and located on the table
  • All equipment stored in an equipment rack located in the OFE equipment room

  • Includes one virtually maintenance-free projector along with a 92” automated screen
  • Sources include an HDMI, VGA, and audio jack at a provided lectern with a wireless presentation system
  • USB connection available at the lectern to connect the user’s thumb drive or storage device to the dedicated owner provided room PC
  • Presentation and conferencing audio enhanced by 8 full-range ceiling speakers, signal processing and EQ, the option of a lavalier or handheld the microphone for the presenter and ceiling microphone for audience conferencing
  • 7″ touch panel control for equipment in the room located on the lectern
  • All equipment stored in a UTG provided equipment rack located in an owner furnished equipment room
