Do you have more employees working from home than ever before?

That’s the case for a lot of us as we continue to navigate through the ongoing pandemic.

You’re probably reading a lot and learning a lot about how to adjust your management style to support your remote workers. But have you taken the time to get their feedback?

What do they enjoy about working from home? What challenges are they facing?

Remote work is the future of work. And there are a lot of benefits to this adjustment for the company that come from it – such as the ability to hire talented individuals outside of your immediate geography and cost-savings on real estate.

But that doesn’t mean it’s without its own challenges. It takes a lot of effort to build a remote workforce that communicates as effectively, works as diligently and feels as connected to their bosses and colleagues.

We hope these survey questions help you to gain some helpful feedback to maintain a strong workforce that doesn’t spend as much (or any) time in the office.
